Capital Sum Benefit: The benefit that will be provided when the insured suffers the unintentional loss of a hand or foot, severed through or above the wrist or ankle, or loss of the entire sight in one eye with no chance of recovery. The loss must result from sickness or injury and the insured must survives it for 30 days. Finally, the policy must be in-force at the time of the loss.
