Pre-Existing Condition: this can mean a physical or mental condition which was 1) misrepresented or not disclosed in the application or 2) for which the applicant received a physician's advice or treatment within two years before the date of issue or 3) which caused symptoms within one year of the date of issue for which a prudent person would normally seek medical advice or treatment.
